CBD Pre or Post Workout
CBD, or cannabidiol, is everywhere these days. From street corner signs to dinner conversations, it’s rise in popularity has spread like wildfire. CBD is available in any form you can think of, including topicals, gummies, tinctures or even your favorite cocktail!
Ingestible forms of CBD are typically used for overall wellness and pain management. Studies have shown that CBD may reduce chronic pain by working through the endocannabinoid system (ECS)*. The endocannabinoid system is a biological system found in our bodies that processes CBD, CBG or any other cannabinoid found in hemp.
